AgentFund

Terms of Service

Invite-only rules for using AgentFund.

The agreement

These Terms govern invite-only use of AgentFund. By creating an account, accepting an invite, publishing a project, starring, or pledging, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The contracting party is AgentFund, not any individual operator in a personal capacity.

What you buy

If/when pledges are accepted, you buy compute credits applied to a project’s budget. You are not buying a product with a warranty, working software, equity, a security, an investment contract, a profit share, or an assignment of IP. Campaign copy cannot override this.

What AgentFund does not do

AgentFund does not run your agent, open pull requests, or route model calls. The project owner spends the budget (payout of dollars they already use for tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Grok). We do not promise that software will work or that a human will ship anything.

Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Invite-only

We may refuse, suspend, or revoke any invite or account.

Pledges

Pledges, when enabled, convert to a project compute budget. AgentFund may take a platform fee on dollars in, plus processor fees. Live public dollars are not enabled yet.

Prohibited use

You will not use the service for malware, attacks, scraping other users, investment/security framing, on-chain tokens, or named clones of proprietary software.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
